Features: Large infinity-edge lap pool built into the side of Lookout with unique views of Chattanooga Valley from all associated outdoor spaces. Very elegant, yet simple finishes throughout.
Skilled Techniques: Large vaulted great room was a structural feat built in lockstep with Bace Structural. The stucco system and rain screen were critical job elements.
Special Details: Turret clad in mountain stone on the interior. The exterior features the client’s metal rooster atop a full 24-gauge standing seam roof.
