Location: N. Chattanooga
Scope: Perched on a site boasting one of the most stunning views of downtown Chattanooga, this home lacked the one feature it needed most—a porch to fully enjoy it. We executed a two-story design and built a space that frames the skyline, bringing the outdoors into everyday living.
Special Challenges: Set on a steep lot with limited site access, this build required careful planning and execution.
Skilled technique: A key focus was seamlessly connecting the new porch to the existing roofline—preserving both structural integrity and visual flow.
