Scope: This builder-grade condo in a standout Chattanooga location needed a personalized touch. The renovation focused on updating the kitchen, reconfiguring the closet, and remodeling all three bathrooms.
Special Challenges: With the unit located on the third floor of a condo building in a VERY busy downtown pedestrian area, access and noise presented challenges. We implemented carefully coordinated logistics to maintain a low profile – executing the renovation with minimal impact to surrounding residents.
