The home’s exterior features Nichiha mitered corner siding, offering a refined, contemporary look paired with lasting durability and low maintenance. Beneath it all, the fully sealed and dehumidified crawlspace protects the home from the challenges of southern climate, boosting energy efficiency and ensuring a build done the right way.
Special Details: Windows/doors from Sierra Pacific and Kolbe (sourced through Window Gallery) were created specifically for the home. This includes a custom 8′ x 8′ picture window precisely framed in the architectural plans to capture the breathtaking lake view. An electric-powered retractable screen door opens the primary bedroom to sweeping lake views. The extensive stonework flows throughout the exterior, skillfully crafted by Hidden Marble Masonry.
