Scope: While the entire condo was custom renovated, the client specified salvaging the existing kitchen, pantry, and primary bath cabinetry. New slab doors, drawer fronts, and an updated color selection modernized the aesthetic.
Special Features: The old garden deck tub in the primary bath was removed. A custom tile and stone tub/shower with fixed glass was positioned proportionately to the large space, creating a comfortable and pleasing feel. The old shower was capped off and a custom linen cabinet was built to infill the space.
Special Challenges: Working in a busy downtown condo building has its unique hurdles. The crew collaborated closely with the great property managers and client to keep the project manageable and enjoyable for all.
