What’s the first step in getting a new custom home built?
Our clients first work with an architect or residential designer who addresses all of their wants, needs, and wishes. New Blue can be available to consult and advise during the design phase. With plans in hand, we calculate accurate pricing and engage the real-world logistics of getting your custom home built.
Do you give free estimates?
It takes a lot of time, work, and real-life experience to build a complex estimate that covers the many moving parts of building a new custom house. We generally secure an up-front deposit for the work of estimating.
Do you work outside the Chattanooga area?
Yes. We have done projects up to an hour outside our Chattanooga home base, including many projects in Georgia. We are licensed general contractors in Tennessee and Georgia.
