Do I need to work with an architect or designer when undertaking a home renovation?
It’s the better way to go. We always recommend working with a design professional before selecting a contractor. A good designer helps you make all the important decisions about your renovation before work begins, saving everyone time and money. No matter who you choose to do the work, having plans from an independent designer protects you when issues or concerns arise about the work being done.
How do you manage renovations? Who will be coming to my home regularly?
Each New Blue project gets a dedicated project manager who coordinates all the activity on the job. They oversee the comings and goings of our New Blue crew and our trusted trade partners such as plumbers, electricians, tile installers, etc.
What kinds of renovation projects do you specialize in?
We have an affinity for updating older homes, but will renovate your dog house with the right set of plans in hand.
