New Blue builds smart by executing complex renovations, additions, and adaptive reuse in close partnership with local architects and engineers.

Today, our renovation services have evolved to offer integrated design to clients for projects under $1 million, guided by our managers and longtime design partners. This integrated design-build approach helps clients control budget, schedule, and quality, ensuring a smoother, smarter renovation experience from start to finish.

Renovation Process

Project Consultation
Review project goals, budget, and our process with client and architect. Discuss schedule, selection criteria, and historical pricing data.
Design Phase
If the client has architect or designs plans, we offer a pre-construction contract to review constructability, plan completeness, and costs. If not, we facilitate project design with a New Blue partner to reflect your scope and budget.
Pre-Construction
Partner collaboratively with architect and client in areas of constructability, engineering integration, schedule formation, contract negotiation, and value engineering.
Production
Handoff to production team, finalize schedule, review project management norms, begin construction.
Detailed Close-Out
Create a timely punchlist and provide expert project-specific support during warranty and beyond (1-3 years).
