The owners of this art-filled townhome wanted to completely renovate all 2.5 bathrooms and give a cosmetic refresh to their kitchen–all while staying in place. Our Special Projects crew divided the work into phases, minimizing disruption for the homeowners. To protect the home’s bountiful artwork and living spaces, we took special care with a dust-management system and regular cleaning. Details like mitered edges on kitchen counters and matching aesthetics from bath to bath enhance the modern look.
